For 25  years The Alaska Weightlifting Club has always been an active Supporter of Strength Training and Competative Competition in the sport.  We have activly promoted the sport and watched it grow through the years in popularity.  Now that more and more people are interested in getting involved in Weightlifting and Powelifting Competition, we have had numerous requests to offer Classes and One on One Personal Training.

In response to your requests, I have decided to offer classes and personal instruction begining January 2023.  The Classes will be four weeks long, and three days a week.  These classes will be designed for  beginners and intermediate lifters, cost $100.00. We will cover Strength Training, Proper Lifting Form -  Techique, Nutrition and Training Mind Set. These Classes will be conducted monthly,  Personal Training can be arranged for individuals that require a more focused approach or who believe One on One would be more beneficial, cost $50.00 a week.
